Eric was the kindest driver! I sent him a Spotify playlist and he played it without any problems. I also lost my wallet in the van and he mailed it to me immediately. Eric took incredible care of us and was super professional. I would highly recommend!

We had such exceptional service from Black Mountain! Our driver, Patrick, waited for us at 2am since our flight was delayed. We were going to Copper Mountain and since it was so late, he politely turned the music off since we were all nodding off to sleep. He offered us all waters. He offered to stop at a bathroom if needed. He adjusted the temp to ideal napping temperature. At copper, he dropped all 3 parties off right at our doors, even though we weren't in the same village. He helped with our bags in -20 degree weather. He made sure one female guest had found entry into her apartment before dropping off the next party. He was wonderfully polite the entire time. Really wonderful experience.

I absolutely recommend this company! My elderly dad was overwhelmed at the end of a ski trip he had at Copper Mountain. I called this company at 8:30 pm the night before his return trip home to schedule a ride for my dad at 7:30 am the next day. They were so accommodating and friendly. The next morning, they were early (in my dad’s world, on time!) and got him to the car and on the way to the airport. What a relief that I found this service! My dad is 6’4” tall. He had plenty of leg room and said the ride was “comfort plus”. He also said the driver knew which lanes to be in to handle the chaotic Denver traffic. He was so pleased that he could use this service. I am so grateful to them. I would use them anytime I was in the area!
